I'm an electrical engineer who studied in Uruguay and France, currently leading the development of a learning assistant for childrens' music lessons at MuseCool in London.
Studied at IRCAM in Paris with the support of a scholarship from ANII, Uruguay's national research and innovation agency.
My interests are in signal processing, machine learning and music information retrieval, as well as research openness, tech accessibility and ethics in the design and use of machine learning models.
I have worked on tasks such as sample identification, music source separation, automatic speech recognition, musical style transfer, automatic soundscape generation, time series prediction, among others.
